I've updated Cult of the Great Eleven to include a new chapter of one of the cult's potential early victims, Katherine Volz. I've also added a page to this site dedicated to her disappearance. You can find it here.

Out of pocket for awhile!

It's been a busy summer!  I've been reworking some of my original fiction works, to include the Apocalypse Script, and arranged for new covers to be made both for it and it' sequel, The Ardoon King. I've also produced a sequel to Weird Wires (not surprisingly, I titled it Weird Wires 2!).

Going through my (literally) thousands of pages of research for Cult of the Great Eleven, I happened upon this.  It's the only image I've ever found of Ruth's first husband, whom she married just before her era as a cult priestess.  I'll see if there's some way of cleaning it up and adding it to my next edition.

Yesterday I published a quick-read focused on some of the more curious tales of my adopted home of Nebraska.  Ghost stories, tales of monsters, sightings of weird flying objects, and so forth. It's called "Creepy Nebraska" and can be found on Amazon.

Eldritch Puzzles of Unspeakable Madness

7/15/2019

Being a former cryptologic linguist who loves puzzles, games, writing, and Lovecraft, I decided to combine my varied interests and publish this little abomination.  It's full of word puzzles, with a catch: it uses the eldritch vocabulary of H.P. Lovecraft.  My thought process was something like this: "What if Lovecraft had been a puzzle writer instead of a writer of weird fiction?"  Yes, madness would ensue.

Or Howard would have been fired on day one.  Most likely the latter...

I just published another book - this one, a little smaller than most, and an easy read for anyone interested in Weird Tales. I've called it Weird Wires, since the content is weird newswires (newspaper articles) from the past.  Check it out!

Here is the the beautiful cover of a 1906 program for Hammerstein's Victoria, an early Marie Empress venue, in addition to an interesting wine and refreshments list from inside the program.  I've also posted these images under the Marie Empress section,  here.
